Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from AVIV.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
