AVIV COMMERCE LLC operates as the retailer of record for products sold on avivshop.com. This Policy for Sellers describes the standards and requirements for suppliers and vendors who provide products listed on our store.
Seller Requirements
- Provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, weights, and high-quality images
- Ensure products comply with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws and safety standards
- Maintain adequate inventory levels and communicate stock availability promptly
- Honor agreed-upon lead times and shipping windows
- Provide valid product identifiers (SKU, UPC/GTIN) where applicable
- Maintain product liability and appropriate business insurance
Product Listing Standards
All products must meet Google Merchant Center and marketplace requirements, including:
- Honest and non-misleading titles and descriptions
- Accurate pricing and availability
- Clear identification of brand and manufacturer
- Appropriate product categorization
- Compliance with prohibited and restricted products policies
Order Fulfillment
Sellers and suppliers must fulfill orders within agreed timeframes. Delays must be communicated to AVIV COMMERCE LLC immediately. Repeated fulfillment failures may result in removal of products from our catalog.
Quality and Returns
Products must arrive in new, undamaged condition. Sellers are responsible for defects, misrepresentations, and quality issues attributable to manufacturing or packaging. See our Return Policy for customer return procedures.
Intellectual Property
Sellers must own or have rights to all product images, descriptions, and trademarks used in listings. Counterfeit or infringing products are strictly prohibited.
