How to Check Your Order Status

Option 1: My Account

Log in to your My Account page to view order history, tracking numbers, and shipment status for all your purchases.

Option 2: Order Confirmation Email

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package with the carrier.

Option 3: Contact Support

If you need help locating your order, email support@avivshop.com with your order number and we will provide an update within 1–2 business days.

Order Processing Timeline

• Order Received: Confirmation email sent immediately after purchase
• Processing: 1–3 business days for in-stock items
• Shipped: Tracking information emailed when carrier receives the package
• Delivered: Carrier confirms delivery to your address
