Shipping Regions

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories outside the contiguous 48 states unless otherwise stated at checkout. For shipping quotes outside this area, please contact support@avivshop.com.

Shipping and Delivery Types

Depending on product size, weight, and your location, your order may ship via one of the following methods:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Smaller items (decor, accessories, small furniture pieces, toys, and tools) are typically shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS and delivered to your front door. Signature is generally not required.
  • Freight / Threshold Delivery: Large or oversized items (furniture, outdoor equipment, ride-on toys, and orders with multiple heavy items) may ship via freight carrier. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. A signature may be required. The delivery team will place items at the threshold (outside your home or nearest accessible point). Pallet and packaging debris may not be removed.
  • In-Home Delivery (where available): For qualifying items and locations, a professional delivery team may bring items inside your home, place them in your desired room, and remove packaging. Appointment scheduling and signature are required.

Available shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, cart contents, and product dimensions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Fees cover processing, packaging, handling, and delivery. Shipping fees are separate from product prices and vary by item size, weight, and destination. We charge a single shipping fee per order whenever possible, even if your order ships in multiple packages.

Processing and Transit Times

Estimated delivery times are shown on individual product pages and at checkout. These are estimates only and may vary based on product availability, manufacturer lead times, carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Processing time: Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Standard ground transit: Typically 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Freight transit: Typically 5–14 business days after shipment, plus appointment scheduling time.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update with the carrier.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You may also track your order by visiting our Order Status page or logging into your My Account area.

Multiple Shipments

We aim to ship all items together whenever possible. If splitting a shipment allows faster fulfillment or is required for logistical reasons, we may ship items separately at no additional shipping cost to you.

Shipping Holds

If you need to delay shipment, contact us at support@avivshop.com before your order ships. We may offer a complimentary hold period for qualifying orders. Extended storage may incur additional fees.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Please inspect all packages at delivery. For freight deliveries, note any damage or missing items on the carrier’s proof-of-delivery document before signing. Report damage or missing items to support@avivshop.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Cancellations Before Shipment

Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled by contacting support@avivshop.com. Once a shipping label has been created, cancellation is treated as a return under our Return Policy.
