Independent Retailer
We are an independent retailer. We are not the manufacturer of the branded products we sell. We do not claim to be the brand owner, exclusive distributor, or manufacturer-authorized dealer of any brand unless a specific product page clearly states that we hold that authorization.
All products offered on avivshop.com are sourced directly from the manufacturer or from an authorized wholesale distributor in the United States. We buy inventory through legitimate commercial channels and resell it to consumers.
Authentic Products Only
Under no circumstances do we offer or sell unauthorized, imitation, replica, or counterfeit goods. Every branded item we list is a genuine product obtained through lawful wholesale or manufacturer supply.
If we cannot reasonably confirm that an item is authentic, we will not list it. If a listing is ever found to be inaccurate, we will remove it and work with the customer on a replacement or refund under our Return Policy and Warranty Replacement pages.
Sourcing Records and Verification
We keep invoices for the original purchase of branded goods that we sell, as well as authorization or distributor documentation from our source where it is available. Those records identify the supplier, purchase date, and products received.
We may share relevant documentation with Google, Google Merchant Center, advertising platforms, payment processors, or marketplace partners for verification when required. We do this to support product authenticity reviews and to comply with advertising and shopping policies.
Customers who have a genuine authenticity concern about an order should email support@avivshop.com with the order number, product name, and photos. We will review the claim against our purchase records and respond with the available remedy.
How Branded Products Are Presented
Brand names, logos, and product images are used only to identify genuine goods we offer for sale. Use of a brand name on avivshop.com does not mean AVIV Shop is endorsed by, affiliated with, or an official store of that brand, unless we say so on that product page.
Product titles, descriptions, and attributes are written to match the item you will receive. We do not use misleading “official,” “authorized dealer,” or “original factory outlet” language to imply a relationship we do not have.
Manufacturer Warranties
If a product includes a manufacturer warranty, that warranty is provided by the manufacturer under the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions.
