Because heavy equipment ships via specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight Delivery, total delivery time typically takes 10 to 14 business days (approximately 2 to 3 weeks).

Here is how the timeline works:

• Order Processing (5–7 business days): Your order is verified, secured onto a protective pallet/crate at the warehouse, and prepared for freight carrier pickup.

• Freight Transit (5–7 business days): The freight carrier transports the shipment across regional distribution terminals to your local area.

• Delivery Scheduling (1–2 business days): Once the shipment reaches your local terminal, the carrier will contact you directly by phone to schedule a convenient 4-hour delivery window.

Please Note: Freight delivery transit times are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude weekends and statutory holidays. An adult must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the shipment.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location, while larger furniture items may require additional handling time. Delivery timeframes are listed in our Shipping Policy and on the product page. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

We ship to all 50 states across the United States, with fulfillment by a US logistics partner. Our registered office and only place of business is 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your items and your delivery destination, so you’ll always see the exact amount before completing your purchase.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. The reason our prices are lower is simple: we are a direct seller, not a reseller. Many of the other stores you’ve come across are resellers or dropshippers. They don’t hold any inventory themselves — they purchase from suppliers like us and add their own margin on top, which is why their prices end up so much higher.

When you order from Aviv Shop, you’re buying directly from the source. We stock our products in our own warehouse in the United States, and every order ships directly from there. No middlemen, no extra markups — just the direct price.

All items are produced and shipped from our facility within one business day of purchase. Once shipped, standard delivery times apply. You can track your order using the tracking information provided in your confirmation email. International deliveries may take longer due to customs regulations. If your item has any defects or was damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no additional cost. You do not need to return the damaged product. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund or provide an alternative item of your choice.
